Qualifications: Graduate in any major with minimum diploma & minimum GPA 2.75. Fluent in English both written and verbal. Experience in the same role minimum 6 month. Willing to work in shifting schedule especially permanent night shift. Handle email & live chat, additional outbound call for Team Leader. Cooperate with the implementation of project delivery, monitor team service quality and efficiency, and promote the achievement of KPI. Highly sensitive to customer complaints, able to anticipate and properly handle unexpected situations. Good at organizing performance coaching for staff in the team, implementing performance to excellence and controlling staff turnover. Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta. Available to join immediately.
