Health Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Health Specialist role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Health Specialist will be responsible for conducting health assessments, promoting wellness initiatives, overseeing workplace health and safety standards, and providing expert advice on occupational health matters. The role will involve effective communication with team members, problem-solving, and ensuring health-related compliance and regulations are followed effectively.

Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine to assess health risks and implement best practices. Experience in Health Promotion to design and execute wellness and preventive health programs. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a collaborative team environment. Relevant certifications or a degree in health sciences, public health, or a related field are preferred. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
