Risk Transformation (FSO) – Senior Consultant

Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (reputable overseas or local universities).
Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent.
3‑5 years of related experience, preferably in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, Big‑4 firms, banking, or insurance.
Exposure to projects in the financial services industry.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Strong communications skills, including public speaking and interpersonal interactions.
Leadership and teamwork experience across countries.
Project management skills with multiple projects and diverse team members.
Knowledge of agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies.
Strong analytical skills.
Risk certification(s) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Mobilize and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of risk management and regulatory change advisory engagements.
Develop new propositions and build the team’s broader risk management skill set.
Identify the impact of regulatory changes and support clients in adapting to the new landscape.
Design and implement risk management strategies and plans.
Conduct risk assessments, review internal controls, and identify exposure areas.
Collaborate with mid‑to‑senior stakeholders, providing status updates and progress reports.
Develop project plans, budgets, and resources; manage project economics in line with approved pricing.
Lead project teams, mentor members, and support career progression.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and publications to respond to market demands.
Serve as a deep‑risk‑management subject‑matter expert.
Build client relationships and network across EY.
Lead teams to deliver measurable impact using data‑driven solutions and a business‑oriented mindset.
Champion high‑performing teams and recognize impactful contributions.
