Position Overview We are seeking a

Sales Specialist

who is passionate about technology, automation, and innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong

technical understanding

with

commercial acumen

— capable of identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and delivering tailored automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturing clients. Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and demonstrations of automation and robotic systems. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project cost estimations in collaboration with the engineering team. Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet quarterly targets. Coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal technical teams for smooth project execution. Stay up-to-date with industrial automation trends and competitors in the market.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics preferred). 2–5 years of experience in

B2B industrial sales

(automation, robotics, or machinery preferred). Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate solutions to non-technical clients. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in

Bahasa Indonesia

and

English

(spoken and written). Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for client visits.
