Visual Merchandiser Ofiicer

Responsibilities Design, implement and ensure that the visual merchandising plan, strategy, and monthly guidelines are consistent with brand’s direction.

Regularly carry out store visits to ensure all elements of new initiatives are well executed.

Work with in-store Beauty Advisors and help develop their understanding of presentation to leverage sales.

Liaise and monitor vendors to ensure that display and signages are produced qualitatively and delivered within the expected timeline and allocated budget.

Coordinate all orders and logistical processes to maintain each location's display props and any visual elements needed, and effectively manage the storage of VM inventory.

Support event setup or arrangement when necessary.

Compile various reports related to visual merchandising to be submitted to management and Principal.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Visual Communication/Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years of Visual Merchandising/Product Design/Interior Design work or relevant experience, preferably within retail, beauty, or cosmetics industry.

Proactive with ability to self‑manage and multitask to meet required deadlines.

Proficient in CAD, 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up, Adobe CC, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro is a plus point.

Flexibility and availability to travel is essential.
