Social Media Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop creative strategies to increase brand engagement and awareness on social media.

Develop and execute paid social media advertising strategies with clear targets.

Conduct audience research to understand the target market and the latest trends.

Manage all brand accounts across social media platforms.

Create an editorial calendar and develop engaging content concepts tailored to different social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok).

Produce creative and engaging content to build brand awareness and engagement on social media platforms.

Analyze content performance (likes, comments, and shares) and prepare periodic reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop social media campaigns and activations.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt to algorithm changes.

Maintain relationships with external stakeholders (such as KOLs and influencers) for social media activities and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experienced in collaborating with influencers.

Able to create creative and engaging photo and video content.

Proficient in video shooting and editing techniques using editing software.

Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft informative and engaging captions.

Good understanding of social media strategies and analytics.

Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Digitally savvy and up to date with the latest social media trends.
