About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT SyAqua Indonesia as an
HR Executive . As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting the company's human resources operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Reporting to the Country HR Manager, this full-time position is based in Lhoong, Aceh Besar.
What you'll be doing
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, drafting offer letters, and managing the onboarding process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
Administer HR-related policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and issues
Assist with the planning and coordination of employee training and development programs
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless HR service delivery
What we're looking for
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Officer or HR Assistant role
Willing to be placed in Lhoong, Aceh Besar, Hatchery Site, Working from Office
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Proficient in HR-related software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll management tools
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
