Responsibilities

Accountable and responsible for analyzing Learning Effectiveness by leveraging all data related to training and merging with relevant business (performance) data.

Act as the central coordinator for Learning and Development budget preparation across Trakindo.

Analyze learning budget absorption to ensure alignment with business learning needs.

Evaluate and observe current trends and technologies in learning analytics to refine methods and improve educational practices.

Create and provide analytics reports of Learning and Development programs, including budgeting, expenses, program effectiveness, CO OP implementation, and visualize through portal or other platforms.
