UI/UX Engineer (IT)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business users, process owners, and management) to gather, validate, and clarify business requirements and operational workflows. Translate complex business processes into intuitive, efficient, and easy-to-use UI/UX designs for internal users. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces tailored for internal enterprise applications. Ensure UI/UX designs support process efficiency, accuracy, and ease of adoption across different user roles and access levels. Align designs with corporate design standards, branding guidelines, and internal UX frameworks. Work closely with IT development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and properly implemented. Support developers during development and UAT phases to ensure UI/UX consistency and functional alignment.

Requirements

Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 2 years of related work experience Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experienced with Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiar with responsive design principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills A portfolio is a must. Willing to work on-site & full-time in Bintaro.
