Fleet Sales Manager at BYD Indonesia Job Summary

The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for driving vehicle sales to corporate clients, government agencies, leasing companies, and other organizations with large-scale transportation needs. This role focuses on developing strategic sales initiatives, fostering long-term client relationships, and delivering tailored fleet solutions to meet client objectives while achieving revenue targets. The manager will work closely with the dealer team, area manager, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the corporate sales team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance, motivation, and performance reviews to enhance productivity and reward success.

Proactively engage clients through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings to offer tailored BYD and Denza fleet solutions, prioritizing brand products while promoting broader group opportunities.

Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to highlight product benefits, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Collaborate with manufacturers, dealer teams, and area managers to leverage large-scale opportunities, secure optimal terms, and align sales strategies with market insights.

Partner with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance sales while ensuring compliance with BYD and Denza brand standards.

Conduct market research to identify trends, viable leads, and new sales opportunities, compiling and analyzing data to produce actionable reports for management.

Provide exceptional aftersales support to maximize revenue and build long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Prepare and present budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports, recommending action plans to improve operations and drive company performance.

Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in the Automotive industry sales, with a focus on fleet or B2B sales, and a proven track record in a target-driven environment.

Technical knowledge of the automotive industry, with sound experience and understanding of Toyota and Lexus brands and operating practices highly desirable.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience inspiring and developing sales teams to achieve goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate solutions and build relationships with corporate clients and manufacturers.

Numerate and articulate, with proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis to produce reports and forecasts.

Valid driverโ€™s license and willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, events, and trade shows to expand networks and industry knowledge.

Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and fostering a strong team ethic across the division.
