Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DW Waiter at Shamana Mama restaurant located in Ubud, Gianyar. The DW Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving food and beverages, taking orders, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. The position also involves assisting in drinks service preparations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with guests and addressing their needs Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service practices is essential Basic Cooking skills are an added advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members Attention to detail and a positive, approachable demeanor Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial but not mandatory
