Modern Channel Sales

About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Modern Channel Sales professional to join our team at PT. Lucky Power Indonesia. As a Modern Channel Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products through modern retail channels, such as supermarkets and hypermarkets. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern retail accounts

Engage in effective sales pitches and negotiations to secure new business opportunities

Manage and monitor sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and promotional strategies

Provide excellent customer service and support to our retail partners

Maintain accurate records and reporting on sales activities and performance

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry

Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with key accounts

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
