National Sales Manager

Allure Industries is looking for a

National Sales Manager

who will take full ownership of a brand’s

commercial performance and long-term strategic direction .

Unlike a traditional marketing-only brand role, this position combines

sales leadership and brand strategy . The Brand Manager is accountable for

achieving sales targets while developing and executing the brand’s long-term growth strategy .

This role works cross-functionally with

operations and marketing , while maintaining

direct responsibility for the brand’s sales performance .

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Commercial Performance

Take full ownership of

sales targets and revenue growth

for the assigned brand Lead and manage the

brand’s sales team and commercial activities Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share Monitor pipeline, project opportunities, and key accounts Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and homeowners Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and profitability

Brand Strategy & Long-Term Growth

Define and continuously refine the

brand’s positioning and competitive strategy Identify new market opportunities and customer segments Develop

annual and multi-year brand growth plans Provide insights for

new product development and portfolio expansion Ensure the brand remains differentiated within the company’s multi-brand portfolio

Cross-Functional Leadership

Coordinate with

operations

to ensure production and delivery support sales growth Work closely with

marketing

to align campaigns, exhibitions, and brand activations with commercial objectives Ensure alignment between

sales strategy, brand positioning, and operational capability

Qualifications

Minimum

5–8 years of experience

in brand management, sales leadership, or product management Proven ability to

manage both commercial execution and strategic planning Strong understanding of

sales performance management and brand positioning Experience in building materials, construction, architecture-related industries, or B2C products is preferred Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills
