Business Analyst

Analyze and map existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Translate business processes into process modelling (BPMN 2.0 / Microsoft Visio) and develop structured Business Process Blueprints and SOPs.

Lead Business Process Improvement / Transformation initiatives, including project management, cross-functional coordination, and implementation of relevant frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Conduct data analysis and stakeholder engagement to deliver actionable insights and ensure solutions align with business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Process Improvement / IT Business Analyst (experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus).

Strong understanding of Business Process Management and Process Improvement frameworks.

Proficient in process modelling (BPMN 2.0) and Microsoft Visio.

Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment.
