Risk Specialist

Requirements

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geological Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or other related majors (with at least 5 years of experience in the same position).

Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), ISO 31000 standards, and the COSO framework.

In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as PDCA and Six Sigma.

Good understanding of risk management standards and internal control principles.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Professional Certification in Risk Management will be an advantage.
