Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated
IT Technical Support Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within the organization, providing timely and effective support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
D3, D4 or S1 (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
Understanding basic IT knowledge.
Have a good communication skill (written and verbal).
Have basic knowledge and skills related to Linux operating systems and networking.
Those selected to operate a data center as a DCO must be willing to work in 24/7 shift mode.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze and solve problems related to end user devices such as PCs, Notebooks and Printers along with the operating system and supporting software.
This position will carry out the role of IT Helpdesk, IT Field Support or DCO which will be determined later based on the results of technical tests and interviews.
