Manage and coordinate the activities of the operations team to ensure that all daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve patient satisfaction. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure the smooth integration of operational activities. Provide training and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Maintain and update all necessary documentation, records, and reporting related to operational activities. Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the medical/healthcare industry. Strong understanding of medical clinic operations, including patient flow, resource management, and quality assurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify and address operational challenges. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and measure operational performance.
