Sales Consultant (Mazda Simprug)

Eurokars Group Indonesia is seeking talented Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will connect customers with their dream vehicles, provide personalized service, and contribute to our success in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide expert product knowledge and guide customers through the vehicle selection process.

Conduct test drives and demonstrate the unique features of our vehicles.

Present pricing and financing options to customers in a transparent manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on our vehicle models' latest industry trends, features, and benefits.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.

Passion for luxury automobiles and a strong customer service mindset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.

Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Self‑motivated, driven, and proactive attitude.

Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them clearly.

Valid driver's license.

Willing to be placed at Mazda Simprug.
