Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any major Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or related field Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem‑solving skills Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with documentation and tracking systems Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute daily spare parts delivery activities Handle shipment processes including receiving, loading, unloading, and dispatching to warehouse or customers Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and on‑time delivery Maintain delivery records including tracking, invoices, and proof of delivery Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, product line, sales) and customers for smooth operations Ensure compliance with safety standards during cargo handling Process logistics vendor payments and prepare supporting financial reports Conduct regular visits to our warehouse in Marunda to monitor delivery operations and requirements Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Strategy/Planning and Supply Chain Location: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Indonesia Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Zoomlion Indonesia by 2x
