What You Will Do As a Sales & Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Building and managing a structured sales pipeline & dashboard Increasing consistent net new customer acquisition Developing cluster strategies and area penetration Reducing churn through strong retention strategies Transforming the sales team into a structured, performance-driven machine

Compensation & Career Growth Salary: IDR 8 – 10 million per month Uncapped commission OTE: IDR 18 – 25+ million per month (based on performance) Fast-track career path to Manager level
