Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and leadership to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and stakeholders

What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing or similar industry

Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Proficient in Mandarin, both written and verbal

Proven experience in leading and managing a team of finance professionals

Thorough knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
