About the role As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at PT Ciomas Adisatwa, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's future by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. This full-time position is located in Jakarta and will work closely with the HR team to implement effective recruitment strategies and build a strong, diverse workforce that supports the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing targeted recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organisation.

Screening and evaluating job applications to identify the most suitable candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and making hiring recommendations to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Maintaining a robust talent pipeline and database to support the company's ongoing hiring needs.

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with high-quality, well-matched candidates.

Implementing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and appeal to potential candidates.

Continuously tracking and analysing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the hiring process.

What we're looking for

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the HR industry.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.

Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
