As An Employer Branding Intern, You Will

Support employer branding activities to promote the company. Assist in creating content for social media, career pages, and recruitment campaigns. Help organize and support recruitment events, job fairs, and campus activities. Support internal engagement activities and employee communication. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, Psychology, HR, or related fields. Strong interest in employer branding, people culture, social media, and recruitment marketing. Familiar with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and understands content trends, analytics, and best practices. Skilled in content writing, storytelling, and visual communication. Familiar with basic visual design and video editing tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut, etc) Highly creative and able to generate engaging, innovative content ideas Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
