Senior Technician, Creation, P&B

The Senior Technician, Creation, P&B is responsible for compounding fragrance oil and will work closely with perfumer and cross functional team. This function will be based in dsm-firmenich Tanah Abang and reporting to Creation and Application Lab Manager who is based at the same location.

Key responsibilities

Compound fragrance oils with high accuracy as per requests and due delivery date applying good laboratory practices.

Organize and maintain fresh and up-to-date collection of raw materials.

Ensure completion of requests in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean and well-organized workplace.

Identify operational inefficiencies and propose viable actions.

You bring

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemistry or relevant studies. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience.

Positive work attitude, able to work independently and or in a team.

Operates with a team spirit mindset and supports colleagues under high workload situation.

Effective communication in Indonesian and English is a plus.

Pays attention to detail, discipline, careful and organized.

Prior experience in a fragrance laboratory environment is advantageous.
