Job Responsibilities

Primary point of contact between a company and its clients, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth

Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients

Develop and execute the account strategy—in line with customers’ time‑to‑market requirements—to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities

Research and evaluate customer market activities and internal/external data (markets, competition, technologies, trends) to understand how environmental, technical, political, and other business changes will impact customer needs

Collaborate with the Country Manager to execute business strategies and growth initiatives

Develop new sales channels

Liaise with Country Manager, Product Management, and Engineering as part of the new product development process, providing ideas and customer/application requirements

Job Requirements

5‑7 years of sales experience in High Voltage Cable Accessories manufacturing, EPC, system integration, or distribution

Strong knowledge of High Voltage Jointing & Termination Cable (GIS Sealing End, Outdoor Termination, Underground Joints, Transformer Connectors, Link Box, etc.)

Extensive networking within the Utility Market (PLN and subsidiaries) and Industrial Market (Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemical, Data Center, etc.)

Understanding of the tender process in Utility and Industrial markets

Willingness to travel frequently (50‑70% of the time) covering the Indonesian area (5 major islands)
