Overview
We are building and scaling our global partner ecosystem and are seeking an experienced, structured, and execution-driven
Partner Enablement Manager
to design, build, and operationalize our partner enablement strategy across EMEA.
This is not a coordination role — this is a builder role. We are looking for someone who has successfully built and scaled partner or channel enablement programs within a high-growth, scale-up environment.
You will sit at the center of Partnerships and Revenue, ensuring our partner and channel managers — as well as external partners — are equipped with the training, tools, content, and structure needed to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and scale a comprehensive Partner Enablement framework across EMEA
Develop onboarding programs, certifications, sales playbooks, and partner training assets
Build and maintain partner content repositories and ensure clarity, accessibility, and version control
Create repeatable enablement processes that support joint sales motions and partner-led pipeline generation
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align messaging, launches, and GTM initiatives
Own partner readiness for new product launches and strategic initiatives
Track enablement effectiveness through KPIs and continuously optimize programs
Bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline in a fast-paced, scale-stage environment
Ideal Background
5+ years of experience in
Partner Enablement, Channel Enablement, or GTM Enablement
Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth company
Strong understanding of partner and channel sales motions
Experience working across EMEA markets
Highly structured, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
Commercially minded with a strong connection between enablement initiatives and revenue impact
Experience owning or leading enablement functions (e.g., Partnership Enablement Lead, Head of Enablement, Channel Enablement Manager)

The base salary for this position is Monthly: 79,000–126,000 SEK
( $7,500 USD - $12,000 USD) pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including education, certifications, experience, market demand, and location.
