About the role As an Operations Manager Land Transport at PT Kamadjaja Logistics, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's land transportation operations. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's transportation assets and resources, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your work will be based in Kecamatan Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing strategies to optimise the utilisation of the company's transportation fleet and resources Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of land transportation operations to meet customer requirements and deadlines Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of transportation activities with other business functions Actively managing and resolving any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and compliance with relevant regulations Providing leadership and guidance to the transportation team, including training, coaching, and performance management Continuously exploring and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the land transport operations What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry Strong understanding of land transportation operations, including fleet management, route planning, and resource optimisation Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions Proficient in using transportation management systems and data analysis tools to drive operational improvements Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team of transportation professionals Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards in the transportation industry One of the biggest integrated logistics service provider (international & domestic freight forwarding, warehousing & transportation), invites the competent candidates to take the challenge to become our staff.
