Ensure confidentiality of employee data and compliance with labor regulations. Manage all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan administrative processes. Handle BPJS termination processes. Handle attendance HRIS system. Requirements

Minimum fresh graduate or candidates with relevant experience. Education background in HR, Management, Administration, Law, or related fields. Familiar with BPJS systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas). Proficient in English. Seniority level
