About the Client Our Client is a Digital Asset Infrastructure Service Provider with a well establish presence of more than 5 years with a Global presence across APAC and EU. With rapid expansion plans they are now looking for a Institutional Sales Lead / Head of Sales to be a part of their team.

Role Overview Our Client is seeking an experienced

Institutional Sales Lead

with a strong background in

Web3, digital assets, cross-border payments, and transaction banking . This role will drive APAC/EU growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with

crypto exchanges, market makers, blockchain platforms, PSPs, and fintechs , while managing a regional team and owning commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities Lead APAC sales strategy targeting

Web3, digital asset, and high-growth fintech institutions . Deliver strong YoY revenue growth through new client acquisition and wallet-share expansion. Manage and develop a regional sales/account management team. Build senior-level relationships with

exchanges, brokers, market makers, stablecoin issuers, and institutional crypto platforms . Drive adoption of solutions including

API-based cross-border payments, fiat on/off ramps, settlement accounts, POBO/COBO, liquidity/MMF solutions, and treasury services for Web3 clients . Oversee onboarding and compliance processes for VASP clients across multiple jurisdictions. Partner with Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to refine digital-asset-focused offerings and ensure seamless integrations.

Requirements 8–12+ years in

digital assets, institutional crypto, payments, or transaction banking sales . Strong track record selling to

crypto exchanges, OTC desks, market makers, payment companies, or institutional fintechs . Deep understanding of

cross-border payments, settlement infrastructure, fiat–crypto flows, treasury needs, and API connectivity . Experience managing complex onboarding and regulatory requirements for Web3 institutions. Proven ability to lead teams and navigate senior stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication, solution-selling, and deal-structuring skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience launching or scaling a

Web3 vertical

or digital asset institutional business. Familiarity with compliance for

VASPs , licensing regimes, and risk frameworks. Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or Technology is a plus.
