Senior Litigation Associate

Responsible for gathering information for legal cases and assisting team in forming arguments;

Handing the case and leads the hearing process;

Help to complete court and administrative paperwork;

Report the progress of the case handled to the partners;

Facilitating communication between clients and other parties to find a common ground.

Requirements

5 years or above of working experience in a reputable law firm or multinational company;

Expertise in commercial disputes, criminal litigation while having appropriate understanding of general corporate & commercial law;

Fluent in English, both verbal and written;

Bachelor of Law from a reputable university with an excellent academic record;

Licensed advocate;

Able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision;

Self-initiated with strong communication skills;

High analytical and conceptual thinking, creative and innovative.
