Senior Business Development Manager - Mineral Water Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

Prepare and deliver compelling marketing strategies, proposals and activities

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams

Prepare, exercise and control annual budget related to sales and marketing activities

Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role

Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets

Experience in developing partnerships and closing complex deals

Experience in packaged beverage industry is an advantage

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Strategic thinking with a hands‑on, results‑oriented mindset

Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into action

Strong project management and organizational skills

Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Entrepreneurial mindset with growth‑focused attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Strong networking skills and business acumen
