Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical needs. Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Design end-to-end complex solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices. Can build business cases, OPEX and CAPEX model. Develop PoC objectives, plans, and timelines, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure success criteria and KPIs are met. Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure quality standards in solution development. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting project change requests and internal handovers.

Qualifications: Minimum education: Bachelor Degree majoring Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering Minimum 2 years of work experience in related area Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, cloud computing, cyber security and data center technology Have good skills in making documentation, proposals and presentations Preferably has certification NSE 5/7 / VCP VMWare / CKAP / CISSP / CISM / CCSP / equivalent
