Legal Intern

Responsibilities Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and legal issues relevant to the company's business, including fintech, data protection, and corporate matters. Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under the supervision of the legal team. Support the legal team in monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal policies, applicable laws, and industry regulations. Assist in preparing legal memoranda, summaries, and legal opinions for internal use. Help maintain legal documentation, contract databases, and corporate records in accordance with governance and compliance requirements. Monitor regulatory updates and legal developments relevant to the fintech industry and prepare brief summaries when required.

Requirements Fresh graduates or Undergraduate law students, preferably in their final year, with a minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00. Strong interest in data protection, privacy law, regulatory compliance, and fintech-related legal issues. Good legal research, writing, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Well-organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
