Sales Assistant Manager

We are a North Indian Restaurant located at Tanjong Katong Road, Singapore. We have a vacancy for a Sales Assistant Manager for F&B Services like Dine-in, Delivery and Catering, who can multitask and work in a multi-cultural team. You should be conversant with North Indian Cuisine; both tandoori and curries. We specialize in traditional recipes and styles of cooking. You should be aware of 'Bhapa’ (steaming), ‘Bhunao’, ‘Dum’, ‘Talna’ (frying), ‘Sambaar’ (tampering), ‘Sekhna’ (pan roasting) techniques in order to sell to customers. Job scope includes customer management, dine-in, delivery management, catering setup and supervision, cashiering, inventory management and related operations, including covering for other staff. We work six days a week, split shift (two-hour afternoon break) and forty-four hours a week. Subject to your consent, you will be expected to work on Public Holidays. Monday is an off-day and weekends are busy workdays. Your appointment contract will be as per MOM rules and guidelines.
