Global ERP Specialist

About the Role Are you passionate about driving digital excellence in a global manufacturing environment? Dellner Wind are looking for a skilled Global ERP Specialist to join our international team. In this role, you will shape, optimize, and support our global Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape while enabling data driven decision making across the business.

Key Responsibilities Support, develop, and optimize our global ERP environment based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Act as a functional expert for Supply Chain Management with strong focus on Manufacturing, Supply chain and Quality Management Work closely with our global Business Process Owners and Key Users to understand needs, define requirements, and translate them into effective ERP and analytics solutions Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and best practice adoption Translate business requirements into effective system solutions and data models Contribute to build and maintain Power BI dashboards that support operational and strategic decision making Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across all entities Your profile: Proven experience working with global ERP solutions, ideally in the manufacturing industry Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Broad knowledge of the full Supply Chain Management module in Dynamics 365 Strong expertise in Manufacturing Management or Finance is highly valued Very good English skills. Additional languages are an advantage Strong analytical mindset, team player mentality, and a solution-oriented way of working As a Person, You Are: Hands-on and take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities Able to maintain a clear overview Detail-oriented and highly structured Skilled at communicating information clearly to all stakeholders A team player who values involvement, development, and recognition

Travel & Location This role can be based at one of our European Dellner Wind sites, with some travel expected across locations.
