Recruitment Mining Operations & Development @ Amman Mineral | Copper and Gold Mining
The role of the Cost Control & Planning responsible manage budgets for employee facilities and services, and forecasting costs based on future needs and requirements. Including prepare financial reports on a regular basis to track the expenses, and provide insights into the cost structure and variances.
Some of your duties will include:
Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets for employee facilities and services, and forecasting costs based on future needs and requirements.
Cost Analysis: Analyzing and monitoring the costs of employee facilities and services to ensure they align with budgeted amounts and identifying areas where cost savings can be achieved.
Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports on a regular basis to track the expenses, and provide insights into the cost structure and variances.
Vendor Management: Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors providing employee facilities and services.
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize cost efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements related to the provision of employee facilities and services.
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or related field.
Be able to develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts for employee facilities and services in alignment with corporate targets.
Be able to perform cost analysis, variance reporting, and identify trends or areas requiring corrective action.
Be able to manage cost allocation to multiple cost centers and ensure accurate tracking within ERP/financial systems.
Be able to apply analytical tools, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques to improve planning accuracy.
Certification in Budgeting, Cost Control, or Financial Management (e.g., Certified Cost Technician/Professional) would be advantage.
Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
