Monitor And Analyze Financial Performance, Preparing Reports And Recommendations For Executive Leadership. Ensure Compliance With Relevant Financial Regulations And Standards. Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Support Strategic Initiatives And Provide Financial Insights. Requirement

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred. Minimal 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance business (life or general) Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles and regulations. Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
