About Botanika
We are a fast-growing premium botanical soda brand combining European R&D expertise with local Indonesian production. Our products are designed for modern restaurants, cafés, hotels, bars, and lifestyle venues across Jakarta.
As we expand our footprint in the Jakarta market, we are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Field Sales Representative to accelerate growth and build strong long-term partnerships.

Your Role
You are the commercial face of our brand in Jakarta.
Your mission is clear:
Acquire new HoReCa outlets
Build strong relationships with decision makers
Increase SKU listings and visibility
Drive reorder frequency and volume
Help our clients sell more soda
You will work closely with distributor sales teams in the field, while overall distributor management is handled by the Commercial Director.
You are responsible for execution and growth within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
Actively prospect and open new HoReCa accounts
Present products professionally and negotiate listings
Expand distribution in priority Jakarta clusters (SCBD, Senopati, Kemang, etc.)
2. Account Growth & Retention
Maintain structured and consistent outlet visit schedule
Increase cartons per outlet and SKU depth
Monitor performance and proactively drive reorders
Strengthen long-term relationships with owners and managers
3. Field Execution
Ensure menu placement and product visibility
Monitor competitor activity and pricing
Support brand activations and promotional programs
4. Reporting & Discipline
Maintain accurate CRM and weekly visit reporting
Track:
Active outlets
New listings
Reorder frequency
Volume performance
Provide structured market feedback
What Success Looks Like
Consistently achieving monthly sales targets
Growing active outlet base
Increasing average cartons per outlet
Strong visit frequency and territory coverage
High execution quality in premium Jakarta outlets
Who We Are Looking For
Experience
2–5 years experience in HoReCa sales, FMCG, beverage, or hospitality sales
Proven track record in new account acquisition
Experience working with distributors is preferred
Jakarta HoReCa network is a strong advantage
Skills & Profile
Strong closer and negotiator
Target-driven and performance-oriented
Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat your territory like your own business
Structured in planning and reporting
Resilient and confident in cold acquisition
Comfortable working independently in the field
Language Requirements
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory)
Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
– Able to communicate with management and prepare reporting in English
