Marketing Lead

As a

Account Lead , you will be responsible to be the company's representative in external parties, also become a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has interest and desire to continuously understand industry developments.

Job Descriptions

Implement the marketing strategy into the marketing department's tactical program.

Develop communication strategies that best suit the client's characteristics without changing the values of MANUSA to increase brand awareness.

Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

Be the company's representative in external parties by fully maintaining the company's image.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

Assist in client communication and support, answering questions and providing necessary information.

Conduct presentations and negotiations regarding budgets given to clients.

Coordinate with operations, information, and finance departments regarding products/services that can be provided to clients according to the analysis results of each department.

Become a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal team in conveying client needs and internal team capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in marketing, brand management, or related position.

Good in spoken and written English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in building and maintaining good relationships with customers/clients.

Responsive, agile, good understanding and have ability to make effective presentations.

Has the same values as the company and is able to fully maintain the company's image.

Experience in negotiating with clients regarding their budget and needs.

Proactive, Multitasking, good time management, creative

Has interest and desire to continuously understand industry developments.
