Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements from clients for CSM module
Develop and customize ServiceNow OOTB CSM components
Develop integrations from legacy systems
Certification - CSA & CAD (Mandatory), CIS-CSM (Preferred)
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years experience in ServiceNow development
Experience in CSM implementation
Strong communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
