Engineering Manager (Production & Machinery F&B)

Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team responsible for the production of machinery and utilities. Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of all production equipment and machines. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Trubleshoot aond resolve machinery breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Plan and manage installation, commissioning, and modification of production machines. Manage engineering budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to machine efficiency, energy usage, and cost reduction.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 7–10 years of experience in engineering, preferably in F&B manufacturing, FMCG, or production environments. Strong hands-on experience with production machinery, utilities, and automation systems. Proven experience managing maintenance teams and third-party vendors. Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
