E-commerce Data Analyst Specialist!
If you are someone with:
Bachelor degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, big data analysis and other related majors;
At least 2 years of experience in Internet data analysis or e-commerce operation analysis, familiar with the data system of mainstream Indonesian e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee/Tiktok/Tokopedia/Lazada, etc.);
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table, etc.), SQL (basic query, aggregation analysis), Python/R (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) experience is preferred;
Understand market competitive product analysis methods, and have experience in price sensitivity or activity ROI evaluation;
Self-goal driven, with good business understanding and logical thinking ability, able to go deep into business scenarios and dig out the business value behind the data;
Have a mature professional attitude and positive values, attach importance to teamwork, good communication, and empathy.
Have a high sense of responsibility, work proactively, be willing to accept challenges, and have strong stress resistance
And you are ready to be:
Sales data management and reporting: responsible for the department's daily, weekly and monthly sales and delivery data collation and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness;
Data system construction: establish an automated data reporting system, including data collection, data precipitation, database maintenance, data reporting construction, etc., and have the ability to gain insight and analyze key data issues;
Data monitoring and analysis: responsible for the collection, cleaning and monitoring of data such as the mobile phone industry market, sales, and user behavior, and regularly output analysis reports to provide data support for business decisions;
Market and competitive product monitoring: track industry trends, platform rule changes and competitive product dynamics (such as price, activity strategy), output competitive product analysis reports, and assist in completing special tasks such as market price order management;
Business support and process optimization: undertake data monitoring and insight needs of business teams and other parties, and promote sales strategy optimization and implementation by outputting analysis conclusions;
Assist in handling online customer refunds and other matters, design standardized templates and business process management tools, and improve collaboration efficiency.
