Senior Legal Officer

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage company contracts (MoU, NDA, cooperation agreements). Conduct legal research on new and existing regulations, including OJK regulations, data protection laws, and fintech/digital regulations. Handle business licensing, registration, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Provide risk mitigation recommendations for business partnerships and corporate decisions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales) to support business operations. Organize, store, and maintain validity of company legal documents. Assist in preparing SOPs and legal documentation required for ISO compliance. Qualifications

Bachelor of Law from a reputable university. 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in the IT/fintech industry. Strong knowledge of corporate law, civil law, OJK regulations on crypto assets, personal data protection, and digital regulations. Experienced in legal drafting, contract management, and compliance. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) to engage with internal leaders and external parties. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools to support legal work. About the Company
