Job Description

Identify and acquire prospective clients in the parking operators (malls, hospitals, office buildings).

Conduct product presentations and demos for ticketing gate systems, POS applications, and non‑cash payment dashboards.

Manage the full sales cycle, including price negotiation, revenue‑sharing schemes, and partnership agreement (PKS) signing.

Conduct site surveys to assess installation points and required payment system integrations.

Collaborate with technical/implementation teams to ensure delivered solutions align with on‑site conditions.

Maintain client relationships, ensure system utilization, and identify upselling opportunities.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree of Business, Marketing, IT or related field with 2–3 years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in Fintech, Payment Gateway, or SaaS POS.

Familiar with non‑cash payment systems (QRIS, e‑money, API integration).

Strong negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers.

Willing to travel for site visits.

Analytical, target‑driven, resilient, and able to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.

Strong network within government institutions or property management is a plus.
