LEGAL COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR

Overview PT Maju Aman Sejahtera with a brand name as Gadai MAS is a pawnshop and leading provider of financial services and collateral-based loans. With multiple branches located in urban and suburban areas, we have been serving customers since 2017. Our primary focus is providing quick and convenient financial solutions to individuals and small businesses in need of short‑term cash.

Gadai MAS is officially registered and licensed by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) for each branch area: DKI Jakarta, Jawa Timur, Bali, NTB, NTT, Sulawesi Selatan, Kalimantan Timur & Sumatra Utara.

Head Office is located at: Jl. Paus No.8, RT.2/RW.7, Rawamangun, Kec. Pulo Gadung, Kota Jakarta Timur, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 13220.

Responsibilities The scope of work involves overseeing legal matters within the financial industry, ensuring strict compliance with OJK regulations, and providing legal support to company operations. Ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal risks, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational alignment with regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Min. 1 year experience as assistant manager or 2 years experience as supervisor legal (experience in pawn industry, banking, leasing, and financial services is preferred).

Strong knowledge of the financial industry & OJK regulations.

Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Highly motivated, data‑oriented, and fast learner.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Willing to work at Head Office North Jakarta.
