Position
11‑month contract, up to $3450, Monday‑to‑Friday office hours.
Responsibilities
Scholarship Management: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the scholarship team on all operational matters including answering public queries, supporting applications and selection processes, and assisting on backend data records.
Ensuring service quality: Serve as the first point of contact for SG Digital scholars studying at local and overseas universities, process all scholar support cases (academic or employment related) in a timely manner, and provide prompt assistance on enquiries to maintain high service standards.
Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders including Finance teams and outsourced vendors on the onboarding of new scholars, manage the processing of claims for all scholars, ensuring timely payouts to both institutions and scholars.
Programme Monitoring: Ensure compliance with programme objectives, scholarship obligations and other required data upkeep.
Provide support for Events: Provide operational support for key events including scholarship fairs, award ceremonies, and onboarding sessions for new scholars.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related fields.
Prior experience in HR operations, coordination, scholarship administration, or government agency work is an advantage.
