RPA Developer

Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on designing, configuring, developing, and implementing robotic solutions to automate repetitive tasks. By working closely with business analysts, you'll assess automation opportunities and recommend solutions to simplify business processes. Your role will involve designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining reusable automation scripts to replicate manual business tasks. We are looking for someone with a passion for emerging technologies (RPA, AI, ML, NLP) and a curiosity to explore how these innovations drive business transformation.

Responsibilities: You will assess robotic automation opportunities, collaborate with business analysts to understand current business processes, and recommend suitable solutions for partial or complete process automation. You will design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, reusable RPA solutions and frameworks on platforms like UiPath and Power Platform, ensuring integration with external applications. You will manage the success of deployed automations by ensuring solutions are maintained within given timelines and addressing clients’ feedback. You will maintain ongoing communication with clients to report progress, address issues, and provide solutions.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven fluency in English Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with development team members. 3 years of professional experience in programming and application development (including scripting and coding). 3 years of experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools. Proven experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Solid experience working with databases and SQL. Familiarity with Orchestrator for managing RPA processes. Experience with process analysis, business and technical requirements, system testing, and troubleshooting. Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative solutions. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively across different portfolios.
