is recruiting on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company. As the business continues to expand and evolve, our client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking
FP&A Manager
to act as a key finance business partner to leadership and drive long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company’s financial planning strategy, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range business planning
Serve as a strategic business partner to Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D teams, providing financial insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives
Drive profitability analysis across product portfolios, including pricing strategy, cost optimization, and margin enhancement
Provide forward-looking financial analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment to support expansion, new product launches, and capital investments
Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into financial targets and measurable KPIs
Oversee manufacturing cost structure, inventory optimization, and working capital efficiency
Evaluate investment proposals through robust financial modeling (NPV, IRR, ROI) and sensitivity analysis
Deliver high-impact management reporting and presentations to internal and regional stakeholders
Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A processes, systems, and analytics capabilities
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
8–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or commercial finance within pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing industries
Strong exposure to manufacturing cost structures, supply chain finance, and commercial performance analysis
Demonstrated ability to operate strategically with a forward-looking and analytical mindset
Proven track record as a trusted business partner, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders at various levels
Comfortable communicating with diverse shareholders, including senior management and regional teams
Mature, balanced personality: confident yet not overly aggressive, reliable, accountable, and solutions-oriented
Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and presentation skills
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency
Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) are advantageous
