Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships via telesales and direct interaction with leads assigned by the company.

Conduct car sales and rental transactions in accordance with company processes and procedures (including vehicle consultation, banking, and online platforms).

Follow up on company‑provided leads and convert them into customers through deposit placements for car purchases or rentals.

Generate new leads and customers through personal networks and outreach channels.

Deliver exceptional after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Address and resolve customer complaints related to company policies, procedures, and service scope.

Stay updated on product knowledge and the latest sales techniques.

Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by team leaders or company management.

Requirements

Experienced with sales, especially Automobile/Real Estate/Banking.

Hardworking, good attitude.
