Account Manager

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, driving clear communication, expectation alignment, and project updates. Lead end-to-end management of digital campaigns (social, paid media, influencer, content, creative, website, etc.) from briefing to delivery. Translate client business objectives into actionable digital strategies and briefs for internal teams. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Analyze campaign performance data and prepare insights-driven reports with optimization recommendations. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client revenue and strengthen partnerships. Facilitate internal collaboration across creative, media, strategy, KOL, and production teams. Participate in new business pitches by providing category insights and client context. Maintain a deep understanding of digital trends, consumer behavior, platform updates, and competitive landscape. Requirement Core Skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: social media, paid ads, content, analytics, influencer/KOL, and performance marketing. Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive strategic conversations. Project management capability: timeline planning, workflow coordination, and problem solving. Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into clear insights and next-step recommendations. Strong attention to detail and quality control on deliverables. Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Business acumen to identify opportunities for account growth. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in a digital agency or digital marketing role (can be adjusted upon request). Proven experience handling mid to large-scale clients, campaigns, or projects. Strong presentation and deck-writing skills.
